Meet your photographer

Hi, I'm Sandra.

I've been photographing women in Miami and Broward since 2018, and I'm originally from Cuba. Bare & Brave Studio is the boudoir side of my work, and it's the part closest to my heart.

Most women who come to me are nervous. Many haven't liked a photo of themselves in years. By the end of the session, they're laughing, and when they see their images, they cry the good kind of tears.

I guide you through every pose, every angle and every outfit change. You just show up and let yourself be seen.

The experience

From nervous to unstoppable, in four steps.

  1. Free consultation

    We talk by phone or video. You tell me what you want to feel, and I answer every question. No pressure to book.

  2. Plan your look

    I send you a guide on what to wear and how to prepare. Bring your own pieces or use the studio's client closet.

  3. Your session

    You start with professional hair and makeup. Then we shoot in my studio, with music, laughs and posing guidance the whole time.

  4. The reveal

    The same day, right after your session, we sit down together in private. You see your images for the first time and choose your favorites and final products.

There is no "boudoir body." Your body is the boudoir body.

Brides, new moms, women turning 40, 50 or 60, survivors, women who just want to feel like themselves again. Every size, every shape, every story is welcome here.

Your photos are yours.

This is my promise to every client:

  • Nothing is ever shared without your written permission. Not on social media, not on this website, not anywhere.
  • You choose how much to share. All of it, only cropped images with no face, or nothing at all. Every answer is fine.
  • You see your images in private, one on one with me at your reveal consultation.
  • It's just you and me in the studio. A calm, private space where you can relax.

Questions

Before you ask.

I've never posed before. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Almost none of my clients have. I show you exactly how to stand, sit and move, and I'll tell you when it looks amazing.

What if I don't like my body?

You're in good company. Most women feel that way walking in. Lighting, posing and angles make a huge difference, and I'll find what makes you feel your best.

What should I wear?

Lingerie, a bodysuit, an oversized shirt, a sheet, or a partner's jersey all work. After you book, you'll get a guide with ideas. Styling is included, and the client closet has pieces you can use.

Is hair and makeup included?

Yes. Professional hair and makeup is included in your $400 session fee.

Where is the studio?

My studio is in Sunrise, Florida, close to Fort Lauderdale and easy to reach from anywhere in Broward and Miami-Dade. You'll get the exact address once your session is booked.

When do I see my photos?

The same day! Right after your session, we have your private reveal and ordering consultation. Your digital images are delivered the same day. Albums, prints and other products arrive in about 10 days.
